Our warm greetings to ARGIS, for closing an investment of approximately NIS 500 million, in an offices building in Bilbao, Spain, through a designated SPV held in 49% by the investment house Meitav.
Herzog’s funds team accompanies the operations of ARGIS in Israel, including ARGIS Opportunity fund investing in real estate in Spain. Adv. Gal Sasson lead the SPV’s formation and the negotiations with Meitav.
