We are very pleased to share that Adv. Asi Messing, former General Counsel of the Ministry of Finance, is joining Herzog as a partner and Head of the Public Economic Law practice.
Asi will significantly strengthen of the firm’s activity in the field of Economic Public Law, combining his deep regulatory expertise with a broad strategic understanding of the governmental system.
Asi brings with him unique experience and a wide-ranging perspective following nearly a decade in a central role at the heart of public sector activity, in which he shaped economic and legislative policy and addressed complex issues ranging from capital markets regulation, through the COVID-19 crisis and the “Swords of Iron” war.
