A major deal between Reality & Electra

We recently represented Reality Investment Fund in a deal to acquire 50% of the ownership and leasing rights of a piece of land in Rishon Lezion valued at NIS 275 million  from Electra Consumer Products. Currently, Electra’s HQ and one of their factories are located in the piece of land. The factory is scheduled to relocate its premises, and the currently approved building rights allow for 181K square meters above ground and 85K square meters underground for various uses. Our partner Karin Fried and her associate Shiran Chen represented Reality in this deal.
