Hillel Billauer

Associate

Hillel is an Associate in the Firms Corporate and Capital Markets Department, where he advises international companies on corporate governance and securities law matters on an ongoing basis. Additionally, he also represents and advises Israeli and foreign companies in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Securities Offerings, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions.

Prior to Joining the Firm, Hillel served as a judicial clerk in the chambers of the Honorable justice Yael Willner.
