Yuval is an Associate in the Tech-Division at Herzog Fox & Neeman.

Yuval advises tech companies, startups, entrepreneurs, and venture capital funds on a wide range of investment transactions and corporate and commercial legal matters throughout the company lifecycle, from incorporation and fundraising through growth stages to mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

Prior to joining the firm, Yuval gained experience in corporate law and capital markets, including advising on cross-border transactions involving publicly traded companies listed on NYSE and Nasdaq

Yuval holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University. During his studies, he served as Chairman of the Capital Markets Club at the Coller School of Management
