Naftali Porush

Naftali is an associate in the Planning & Construction Department.

Naftali specializes in all aspects of planning and construction law, including municipal taxation and real estate litigation. He accompanies a wide range of complex projects across Israel regarding planning and licensing procedures, from the initial initiation stage through to completion.

Naftali handles projects for the establishment of corporate headquarters, innovative infrastructure ventures (such as server farms and data centers), urban renewal projects, and public buildings. Additionally, Naftali provides ongoing legal counsel to a diverse range of entities, including government companies, statutory corporations, leading real estate developers, hospitals, higher education institutions, non-profits (Amutot), and high-tech companies.

Naftali has extensive experience representing clients before various planning authorities (including in objections and appeals), as well as managing legal proceedings before the courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative petitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Naftali worked at the Counsel and Legislation Department of the Ministry of Justice. During his studies, he served as a research assistant in Corporate Law (to Dr. Yonatan Schiman) and Civil Procedure (to Dr. Hanan Mandel), and was a member of the editorial board of the “Kiryat HaMishpat” Law Review.

Additionally, Naftali participated in the “Judicial Practice” clinic at the chambers of a District Court Judge in Tel Aviv, and in the Fiscal Department of the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Civil Division).

Naftali also serves as a Teaching Assistant in the Civil Procedure course at Ono Academic College.
