Yoni Cohen

Partner

Attorney Yoni Cohen is a Partner in the Real Estate Department. He specializes in leading complex real estate transactions and large-scale development projects, and provides comprehensive, ongoing legal counsel to corporations, investment funds, developers, and contractors in both the commercial and residential real estate sectors.

Yoni advises clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate projects – from preliminary due-diligence reviews, land acquisition, planning advancement, development and value-enhancement processes, through the negotiation of financing and loan agreements, and up to the establishment and execution stages. His practice also encompasses all relevant taxation matters, as well as planning and zoning issues.

In addition, Yoni represents clients in structuring and negotiating legal arrangements governing relationships between partners regarding their rights in real property, including the drafting and negotiation of joint venture agreements.

Yoni holds an LL.M (Master of Laws) in a direct-track program, along with a Degree in Economics, from Bar-Ilan University.
