Noy represents domestic and international fast-growing technology companies and the entrepreneurs. Noy also has a broad range of experience advising venture capital funds, strategic investors, and multinationals operating and investing in Israel on a wide variety of transactions, including venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions and fundraising matters, across a spectrum of industries.

Noy also consults and provides legal and strategic guidance to Israeli start-ups and mature technology companies in their ongoing corporate and business activities.
