Herzog’s Labour & Employment partners Orly Gerbi, Maayan Hammer-Tzeelon, Nir Gal,  together with associates Keren Assaf and Naama Friedman Laish and partner Ohad Elkeslassy from the Commercial department, teamed up to write the Israeli chapter of this year’s Employment Law Review.

The chapter focused on Israel’s recent changes in labour laws and discussed the New Criminal Information and Rehabilitation of Offenders Law, significant labour court cases, employment relationships, foreign workers, Implementation of the Amendment to the Equal Pay for Female and Male Employees Law, Increase in the minimum wage and more.
