When using the Firm’s website at www.herzoglaw.co.il, as well as any webpages within it, including subpages, blogs, landing pages, online applications, and all of the Firm’s digital assets, including profiles and pages on social networks, electronic mailing systems, and any other platform owned or managed by the Firm (collectively and individually: the “Website”), and/or in connection with your engagement with the Firm, you agree that we will collect, retain and use personal information about you as described in this policy and you agree to the risks described in the “Information Security” section.

Including, but not limited to: first name, last name, ID number, residential address, telephone number, position, profession, education, résumé/CV, email address, areas of interest, additional information provided when contacting the Firm and correspondence between you and the Firm, and similar information.

Information obtained from other sources, such as information about you obtained from public sources or from third parties (subject to consent or another legal basis), in connection with recruitment processes, including social media platforms, references, previous employers, background check providers, and the like.
C. Non-personally identifiable information
Some of the information collected about you when you use the Website and/or engage with the Firm does not personally identify you and is not stored together with your personal details. This is statistical and/or aggregated information. For example: advertisements you viewed on the Website, pages you visited, offers and services that interested you, the Internet Protocol (IP) address from which you accessed the Website, and similar information.
Such information is collected both from anonymous users and from users identified only in specific contexts, such as when submitting a CV or contacting the Firm.

If you provide the Firm with personal information about third parties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained, and will maintain for as long as the information remains in the Firm’s possession, all necessary consents from such third parties for the transfer of their personal information to the Firm, and that you have brought this privacy policy to their attention.
Database; Data Controller
The personal information collected about you will be stored in the Firm’s database (the “Database”), which is controlled by Herzog, Fox & Neeman & Co. – General Partnership (whose details appear in the “Contact Us” section below).
Your use of the Website and/or the services offered by the Firm through the Website constitutes your consent to this Privacy Policy and to the storage and management of your information in the Database as described above. Use of the information in the Database will be made in accordance with this Privacy Policy or in accordance with applicable law, for the purposes detailed below.
Purposes of Use of the Information

Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may change the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, a notice will be published on the Website’s homepage 30 days before the changes take effect. If other non-material changes are made, a notice will be published on the Website’s homepage 7 days before they take effect, unless the changes are made in accordance with legal requirements or a demand from a competent authority, in which case the changes will take effect as required by law or such demand.
