Haim Machluf

Dr. Haim Machluf is a member of the firm’s Litigation department, and has significant experience in civil and commercial litigation, both in Israel and in the United States.
Haim’s work focuses on commercial litigation, including corporate and securities litigation, antitrust litigation, contracts and commercial disputes and administrative litigation.
Before joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, and after completing his doctoral studies at Harvard Law School, Haim worked for several years in the Litigation Department at Choate Hall & Stewart, a prominent Boston law firm. Prior to his studies in the United States, Haim worked as a litigation associate in Israel at the law firm of Meitar, Liquornik, Leshem, Tal (2003-2005) and also as an intern and associate at the law firm of Dr. Weinroth & Co. (1999-2002).
Dr. Machluf also regularly lectures, both in courses of the Israeli Bar and in academic institutions, on his areas of expertise, and in particular regarding director and officers liability and shareholders disputes.
