Dikla Hozainov-Yehuda is an associate in the firm’s Labour and Employment Law Department. Prior to joining the firm Dikla interned in the District Attorney’s Office in Tel-Aviv, there she mainly represented the State of Israel in various civil legal matters.
Dikla advises local and international clients on a wide range of labour and employment law matters.
Areas of advice include:
Ongoing advice with respect to all aspects of employment relations, including: employee recruitment, employment terms and conditions, compensation and retirement packages, HR policies, the prevention of sexual harassment, equal opportunities in the workplace and employment termination;
Assistance in negotiating and drafting agreements, including: executive employment agreements, separation agreements, various compensation packages, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, and consultancy agreements;
Providing legal opinion to local and international clients, including leading international law firms, on the Israeli legal aspects of different employment-related procedures conducted on a worldwide basis. Moreover, advising clients whose labour relations are governed by collective bargaining agreements in relation to all of the implications of engaging in collective employment relationships.
Advising in relation to all aspects of the employment of foreign experts during their temporary posting in Israel, including with respect to the employment laws relevant to employing such individuals and guidance in the process of obtaining work authorisations from governmental authorities in Israel;
Involvement in different litigation proceedings, including with respect to individual litigation, collective employment disputes, social security matters, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
