Dan Mandelbaum

Dan Mandelbaum is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Dan advises Israeli and international companies, real estate investors, developers, and private clients on a broad range of complex commercial and residential real estate transactions in Israel.

His practice includes:

• Advising clients on real estate matters across a wide range of asset classes and transaction structures.
• Representing and advising real estate developers, construction companies and real estate investors on the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties, including drafting and negotiating purchase and combination agreements, handling planning and construction matters, and providing legal support throughout all stages of development projects, as well as representing clients in urban renewal transactions, with particular expertise in advising on acquisitions of urban renewal companies and projects.
• Representing companies owning income-producing real estate assets, including shopping malls, shopping centers, office buildings and business parks, in leasing transactions and in drafting and negotiating lease, property management and other commercial agreements.
• Representing Israeli and international companies, including multinational corporations and publicly traded technology companies, in significant commercial leasing transactions, the acquisition and development of real estate assets in Israel, and the adaptation of properties to their business needs.
• Representing landowners in acquisitions, sales, combination transactions, construction services agreements and co-ownership dissolution proceedings, including the negotiation of complex development and combination agreements with developers.
• Representing private clients, including foreign clients and non-residents, in the purchase of properties in Israel, including private homes and luxury apartments. Dan has also represented clients in some of Israel’s most significant high-end and luxury residential transactions in recent years.
