Amit Edelman

Amit is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department, providing ongoing legal counsel to national and international clients on day-to-day commercial matters and on strategic transactions.

Amit has vast experience in providing commercial advice on various commercial engagements, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT systems development and integration agreements, complex procurement engagements and leading and managing M&A transactions.

In addition, Amit also advises clients in the framework of their participation in complex tenders, various RFPs and other similar procedures, including related negotiations and contract management of the agreements awarded to the clients by governmental ministries and agencies.

Amit further advises clients with respect to issuance of RFPs and in such capacity assists clients in the drafting of the RFP documents (including the formulation of pre-qualifications and bid evaluation mechanism), review of the bids and the selection of the wining bidder.

Amit is also involved in consulting various non-profit organizations in their engagements with suppliers, customers and donors.

Prior to joining Herzog, Amit served as legal counsel in the Prime Minister’s Office.
