Nesimyan Adawi
Associate
Nesimyan joined the firm in 2018. She is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities group. Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and joint ventures.
She also provides corporate and commercial advice to various domestic and international corporations in their ongoing activities.
Nesimyan is fluent in Arabic, English and Hebrew.
