Congratulations to our client, Cannibble Foodtech, on signing a definitive agreement to acquire Eshbal Function foods, an Israeli gluten free food tech manufacturer, pursuant to which Cannibble will acquire all the outstanding membership interests of Eshbal in exchange for 51% of the issued and outstanding shares of Cannibble, and subject to the issuance of additional Cannibble shares conditional on meeting certain milestones.
