Associate
Yahya Qaq is an associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman’s Corporate & Securities Department. Yahya’s practice focuses on international mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings and high-value investment rounds. He also assists clients with ongoing corporate affairs.
Prior to joining Herzog, Yahya received his LLB Degree (with High Honours) from Cardiff University. He also obtained, with Distinction, a Master of Corporate & Securities Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, where he focused on matters of corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions & restructurings and financial and corporate crime.
