Nadeem is a member of Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Hi-Tech Department. Nadeem advises foreign and domestic technology companies, venture capital firms and private equity funds on investments and mergers and acquisitions. Nadeem also counsels start-ups and mature technology companies in their ongoing corporate and commercial activities.
