We recently represented Y.S. Ashkenazi Agencies Ltd., one of Israel’s largest specialty chemical distributors, in its sale to Brenntag, a publicly-traded global market leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution. This acquisition represents Brenntag’s entry into the Israeli market. Our partner Erez Abu, and associate Ofri Mor represented the client in this deal.
