Mellanox and US hedge fund, Starboard Value, have settled their differences regarding their Board of Directors following a stormy period of negotiations regarding its configuration.
Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Ehud Sol, Aviram Hazak, Yuval Meidar, Elina Schechter and Yochay Moshe advised Mellanox, together with US law firm, Latham & Watkins.
