Shai is engaged on all aspects of real estate with particular emphasis on commercial property. His practice includes providing his legal services for large-scale, complex purchase and sale transactions, industrial real estate development and the construction of offices and commercial centers, and represents real estate companies (private and public) with ongoing legal advice, and international Hi-Tech companies in the real estate aspects.
Shai acquired his extensive experience providing legal advice to the leading real estate groups in Israel in the fields of yielding and residential real estate, high-tech companies, commercial companies, businessmen as well as banks and financial institutions.
Also, Shai has experience in accompanying urban renewal projects, as representing entrepreneurs, and as representing landlords.
During his studies at Reichman University, Shai served as vice chairman of the Student Union and as a board member of the Economic Company of the Student Union.
