Ofer Ben-Shahar has been leading Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Finance department for more than a decade.

Ofer is a certified accountant and a member of the Israel Accounting Office since 2004.

Previously, Ofer acted as CFO at Fenster & Co, one of the leading patent law firms in Israel.

Prior to working at Herzog Fox & Neeman, Ofer was a part of the Hi-Tech department at EY Israel and was responsible for auditing the financial statements of leading companies, dual traded on the U.S. and Israel Stock Exchanges.

In 2004, Ofer led Ness Technologies Ltd.’s first offering on the New York Stock Exchange. Previously, Ofer worked at Deloitte Israel where he audited Israeli companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Ofer has vast experience in managing finance in the service providers sector. Ofer also possesses a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ort Singalowski College.
