For nearly two decades, Michal Caspi has been closely advising a large international group, which includes international corporations and companies operating in Europe, the United States, the Far East, Africa, and Israel, as well as the individuals foreign trusts, and an estate related to the Group. Michal accompanies the group, and individuals and trusts related thereto in all their business and personal affairs, including in the field of natural stone activities, and includes ongoing consulting and guidance in the fields of international taxation, commercial transactions, agreements, ongoing work with international banks, representation with financial institutions, and the managing of an estate. The work includes, inter alia, aspects of commercial and tax regulation, opening of bank accounts for individuals and group companies, reporting and compliance matters, including CRS and FATCA, Implementation of the OECD and the United Nations Provisions that apply to the Group’s areas of activity, accompanying the Group’s financial and real estate investments – including the conduct of legal due diligence, dealing with foreign authorities, as well as dealing with all that is related to employees employed by the Group. Michal works in full cooperation with leading offices of all fields, in all relevant jurisdictions. Prior to joining the firm, Michal was a partner at the Bar-Nathan Law Firm, and prior to joining Bar-Nathan, she has specialized in taxation at the law firm of the late Avi Alter, a leading Israeli and international tax law firm.
