We are excited to share that Herzog Fox Neeman has officially signed the Equal Representation in Arbitration (ERA) Pledge, reaffirming its commitment to gender diversity and inclusivity in the field of international arbitration.

By joining over 5,900 signatories worldwide, Herzog takes this important step toward ensuring that women have equal representation in arbitration and equal opportunities to be appointed as arbitrators. This is not only a matter of fairness, it is essential to the credibility, excellence, and legitimacy of international dispute resolution and international arbitration – in all its forms.
