Congratulations to our clients Payoneer on finalizing a lease agreement to move their Israel office to the 44-story Allied-BIG Tower in Glilot, Ramat HaSharon, where they will occupy a 12,000 square-meter space spanning floors 17-22 and up to 400 parking spaces. According to specialists, the estimated annual value of the transaction (including tenant improvements and management fees) is around NIS 22 million.
