53 million NIS was raised in the Meitav Trade IPO

The first IPO of 2024 (and one of the few IPOs in the past year) was completed!
Our corporate and Securities team represented Meitav Trade (a member of Meitav Group) in the initial public offering of its shares.
A total of 53 million NIS was raised in the offering, reflecting a company value of approx. NIS 300M.
The project was led by partner Efrat Tzur, associates Matan Bouskila and Nitzan Sraya Mulla, and intern Shlomi Friedman.
