16.01.19 | Africa: Continent of Tomorrow Series Destination: Ethiopia – Exploring Business Partnerships
16 January 2019
Ethiopia: One of the world’s oldest countries. Almost twice the size of Texas and with a population of over 100 million, the second most populous country in Africa. Ethiopia has retained much of its cultural identity and its story is one of Africa’s most fascinating.
With two daily direct flights to Addis Ababa, historical ties and legends involving King Solomon, the Queen of Sheba and the Ark of the Covenant, the fastest-growing economy in Africa over the last decade, with sustained economic growth at levels predicted by the IMF, let’s explore why there is not more business between our countries. What are the challenges? What are the opportunities? Come join participants from the Ethiopian Diaspora in Israel for business-to-business opportunities and then join us at night for the Global Impact Awards hosted by Walla News and SID – the Society for International Development.
Make connections happen!
