Job Description:

  • Phone answering and message taking
  • Managing schedules, including meetings in Israel and abroad
  • Organizing conference calls
  • Email correspondence on behalf of the partner, both in English and Hebrew
  • Managing client details and coordinating with accounting for client billing

 

Job Requirements:

  • Native-level English proficiency (required)
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience in administrative tasks and calendar management (required)
  • Proactive, diligent
