He advises clients with respect to a wide range of commercial and corporate litigation, including disputes in the field of corporate law and securities law (including disputed between shareholders, and motions against officers), commercial law, white collar, insolvency, contracts, etc.

Oren has participated in the legal representation of many large-scale legal cases, including as part of crisis management, and including cases with high public profile.
