Job Responsibilities
Corporate commercial litigation with an emphasis on shareholder disputes and complex commercial disputes.
Handling all aspects of insolvency, including representation of officers, creditors’ arrangements, asset realization, liquidations, representation of creditors, officers, local and international corporations.
The work includes legal writing (in Hebrew and English), representation in courts, legal opinions, and ongoing handling of local and foreign clients.
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience
- Litigation experience
- Prior experience in corporate insolvency – an advantage
- Graduates of leading academic institutions
- High achievers with a high GPA and quality internship in leading law firms.
- High level of English (reading and writing)
