Daniel Rosenblatt
Associate
Daniel is a member of Herzog’s Public International Law Department, and his practice focuses on international trade and corporate compliance. Specifically, his trade practice involves advising clients on export controls, foreign direct investment (oversight regimes and bilateral investment treaties generally), and navigating free trade agreements. Within the world of corporate compliance, Daniel advises clients on issues concerning anti-money laundering laws and regulations, international trade sanctions, and anti-bribery and corruption laws.
Prior to joining Herzog, Daniel worked at the Israeli Supreme Court for Justice Elyakim Rubinstein, and then in the legal department of the Israeli Ministry of Economy and Industry overseeing issues concerning international trade. In government, his practice focused on trade remedies proceedings, advising on free trade agreement negotiations, and generally advising on issues related to foreign trade.
